Trumpers blame a cop when one of their own acts stupidly and illegally and gets shot. Is that ironic? Was she armed, did she threaten anybody, did she even defy law enforcement? Or was she just a petite female that made a mistake in a difficult situation? What do you think the standard for lethal Force should be? |

The police near her, that she was chatting with earlier, could have simply put some cuffs on her if she were some sort of a threat. Instead they chose to abandon their position, encouraging rioters. And she was seen casually speaking to the policeman just before she was shot. For some reason the policemen she was speaking to abandoned their position and some of the protesters got out of control. Had byrd simply himself visible and given ample warning with gun drawn, it would have all ended. Some of the protesters did see him before the shooting and immediately stopped.
Using lethal Force against people because you don't know their intentions is not the standard, nor is not liking there political affiliation. Lethal force is used only when there's a lethal threat. The no class coward offered the family no condolences whatsoever. Just paints himself as a hero. |
