Back to my original question...who lost in the deal? Justice and the American people You're so blinded by Trump it's disgusting. Anyone, anyone who's objective knows this was a NY witch hunt. Literally no one lost anything in what he was accused of. You should listen to Kevin O'Leary. Maybe he'll explain it so that a pea sized brain can understand it.

We clearly should not be having our children learn or read the bible... All it teaches is sex, incest and rape! Christians are fucking perverts! Ezekiel 23:20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses. Genesis 19:30-38 30 Lot and his two daughters left Zoar and settled in the mountains, for he was afraid to stay in Zoar. He and his two daughters lived in a cave. 31 One day the older daughter said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is no man around here to give us children—as is the custom all over the earth. 32 Let’s get our father to drink wine and then sleep with him and preserve our family line through our father.” 33 That night they got their father to drink wine, and the older daughter went in and slept with him. He was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up. 34 The next day the older daughter said to the younger, “Last night I slept with my father. Let’s get him to drink wine again tonight, and you go in and sleep with him so we can preserve our family line through our father.” 35 So they got their father to drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went in and slept with him. Again he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up. 36 So both of Lot’s daughters became pregnant by their father. 37 The older daughter had a son, and she named him Moab ; he is the father of the Moabites of today. 38 The younger daughter also had a son, and she named him Ben-Ammi; he is the father of the Ammonites of today.
I agree. Separation of church and state. If that's important for parents they should enroll their kids in faith based education. No one should be teaching their kids lies. Particularly perverted lies like that.

You are the one trying to wipe clean a 450 milliion dollar FRAUD conviction, not me. There is an opportunity cost associated with the FRAUD Trump committed. If Trump had paid his fair share for the loans (which you and I would be required to do without question), the bank(s) could have done one or more the following: - provided more college scholarships - offered a higher return from Certificates of Deposits - given lower cost loans to small businesses - offered more home equity loands to the average American. - offered higher dividends to their stock investors Why do you feel the need to protect a criminal, rapist, seditionist, Putin-loving billionaire that you see on TV while insulting a PSRer you don't know?

Yes, we know this is somehow personal for you... You call me a Trumper...reality is that I'm being objective. If he hadn't paid his loans why didn't the financial institutions sue him for defaulting? Banks calculate risk, they're audited on their risk levels, federally. This is literally a victimless conviction. You support it, I know. I don't...and me not supporting it isn't somehow showing support for Trump. That's a peanut brained assumption.

You didn't address a single point I made. It's a joke that you thought you made a point. In between solid laughs at your disability, I'll dismantle then destroy your foolish nonsense.... You are so mush brained by TDS that you now embrace a Putin gov't. Putin also forbids fair legal challenges to gov't political prosecutions and appeals. That's a helluva brag you got.... The "fraud" was a co-fraud. They worked together. Willingly. Eagerly. Decisively. And have openly, in court, declared straight to the judges face they will do it again. Really? you believe you can take out a loan without the bank asking questions? How old are you? How would you expect that to happen? The banks made millions off of Trump. Paid in full, on time. Every time. Did they use those profits to satisfy your disability? If they banks didn't profit, how could they fix you? Some day they real world may have a place for you again. I can't answer that, I don't support Biden. It's hard to believe someone could make a more ignorant post that yours...

Oh shit, in just the next post I was proven wrong....Someone did make a more ignorant post. Witness this ignorance: So we should just scrap all laws that criminalize lying to banks??? Banks work with money to....think about it...a little harder..... make money! They go to efforts exceeded only by the US Treasury to protect its assets (money). You can't get a dime (or penny) from a bank without a photo ID. No one, not even Trump, can walk into a bank and get money without paperwork (or a gun). I find it hard to believe you live in America. Surely there is a bank somewhere within a day trip from you. Someday you may meet someone who will buy property. Stay close and watch how he is scrutinized. You can walk into a bank and tell them you want to borrow a half billion dollars and you own Greenland. The bank will check that out. They don't write a check thinking, that's a matter for the Sheriff...... It's one thing to be a TDS dope, it's another to tell people you're dumb as all fuck.

But if he had defaulted it could have... which he was at an increased risk of, because he lied on bank and business records which drastically inflated his net worth.

I also have CD’s It affects me. I’m guessing it effects you too, but you never thought about it before. With Trump’s proper payments, the bank could have offered 35,500 $200,000 CD’s at 5% for year. That’s a lot people impacted and a lot of revenue left on the table for stock investors
