How is he lying and what would he possibly have to gain by lying in this situation? cwood just fucked-up (massively). He now clings desperately to his shovel. He and the Ron-Bot lack the ability to accept reality. And it's telling just how easy this is to understand. Still, they intensely fight it off. TDS has completely destroyed them. So your position is most or at least a lot of large companies are performing massive illegal accounting fraud? I'm not sure the fuck-up is mine here lol. Actually I'm sure it's not.
Accounting fraud is the illegal alteration of a company's financial statements to manipulate a company's apparent health or to hide profits or losses. Overstating revenue, failing to record expenses, and misstating assets and liabilities are all ways to commit accounting fraud. |

By definition, fraud assumes someone lost money and someone gained from that loss. Who lost money? When did you become the legal expert? Silly me. I thought that Judge Engoron would be the legal expert. It’s a mixed up MAGA world where experts are dummies and dummies are experts, and you’re caught up in the rabble I'm not a legal expert...this is every day knowledge Ron. By definition, fraud assumes someone lost money and someone gained from that loss. Who lost money? Did the bank deny a loan to anyone based in part because so much money was tied up in a loan to Trump? Financials have to account for risk when they're approving loans.. They're federally audited on their risk levels. No financial is going to put themselves in that spot. |

What you are introducing in your latest digging is a crime, punishable by trial/jury for both tax law violations and even securities fraud. Yes, some, not all, companies "fudge" the books and they are prosecuted for tax and or securities fraud. Neither were applicable in this case only because it's completely, totally and entirely different. Both contractually and legally. Two parties entered into a contract that both are satisfied by the terms and the actions of the other party. Both seek to do more business with each other. A Political activist decided to criminalize one party for political reasons. You need to decide- put down your shovel or put down your game boy. Clinging to both is humiliating you.... |

What else does New York law say? That's the important part. It says the DA can assign this to the judge of his choice who makes a decision without a jury and can impose the penalty of his choosing and the defendant must pay to even appeal.... You know, just like it is laid out in the bill of rights.... |
