Satire becomes reality, again... This is neither satire, nor reality... again

Lol why are you wasting your time? People who don't care that Trump tried to overthrow American democracy aren't going to be concerned with a little financial fraud. Financial fraud assumes someone lost money .. who lost money? I've told you, exit has told you, and I'm sure other people have done the same. How many times would you like this explained to you?

Actually, none of you have answered that, and you still won't (can't). Even the judge who ruled against Trump conceded there was no losses. It's amazing the lengths people will go through to condemn Trump... throwing away the Constitution and adopting a Putin-friendly form of gov't....

Mitt Romney states he will not vote for Trump. Romney nails it
“I think what America is as a nation, what has allowed us to be the most powerful nation on Earth and the leader of the Earth, is the character of the people who have been our leaders,” including past presidents, university presidents, and church leaders, he said. “Having a president who is so defaulted of character would have an enormous impact on the character of America, and for me, that’s the primary consideration.”

Pick between Romney or Biden. Romney doesn't like Trump and won't vote for him. Biden doesn't like Trump and is remaking the gov't in a mirror image of Putin to keep you from voting for Trump. Pick one, reject one.

New York’s anti-fraud statute, known as Executive Law 63(12), is clear that a finding of fraud does not require intent to deceive or that anyone actually gets duped or loses money. The attorney general must only show “repeated fraudulent or illegal acts.” Now you know ap.com

The attorney general must only show “repeated fraudulent or illegal acts.” That's why investors are leaving NY. You don't have to actually do anything wrong to get attacked by politicians in the state. They can arbitrarily just say they don't like you and seize your business. Hochul tried to pacify them by saying this is limited to a hit on Trump, but that doesn't seem to be comforting them.....

The Dems seemed to still put so much effort into attacking Trump throughout the last 4 years vs focusing on a clean-up effort and rebuilding trust in leadership / our media / and the idea that our government represents the average human. I.e. doing shit to actually improve things, laying out some creative plans, or even acknowledging the economic crisis most people are in. Instead it seems like according to Dems the economy is awesome, everything is awesome and we need to focus on Trump not running. Great that helps no one. I just feel so hopeless. No one proposing any good solutions to anything. Senile old puppet man vs a psychotic egomaniac round 2 woohoo. Corporate greed vs corporate greed. It doesn't even feel like the government sees or cares about average human problems anymore. We're just in some dysopian future freak show. Pretty sure we're all just being played like puppets by the Oligarchy. Keep us fighting over dumb shit with dumbass politicians while they hoard the wealth

Biden is far less dangersous.

“repeated fraudulent or illegal acts Executive Law 63(12), is clear that a finding of fraud does not require intent to deceive or that anyone actually gets duped or loses money. That's your point exactly. You don't have to do anything illegal for it to be declared a fraud. That's how Putin's gov't works. I know this choice between Biden and Trump sucks. Biden is far more dangerous.

Biden is far less dangersous. Every president in my lifetime was amazing in comparison to Trump lol. At least they weren't publicly displaying behavior that made them objectively horrific role models. Like if you want your kid to grow up to act like Trump something is wrong with you. Like completely remove politics and just think of how he speaks and treats people he interacts with. That's all I'm talking bout when I say that before someone quotes me and starts making political points because that's not the fucking point lol. I didn't feel that way about Bush (either of them), or Clinton, or Obama. At least they respected their position and influence on the character of the people. There was a reverence and an awareness about how they spoke had an impact culturally. Biden seems like a decent guy but he's mentally checked out, too old, and not fit for office at this point. I don't even know how to evaluate him lol. It's like marking something "NA" vs giving an answer or opinion in my mind

This is the root of the problem here... My defense isn't defending Trump. It's acknowledging everyday business practices. People lose sight of reality when they see Trump in the headlines. You defend him no matter what the topic is. Nope. In fact, I think he's a total douche bag and I'm still hopeful he doesn't get the Republican nomination... although that seems slim at this point.

No trail, no request for supporting documents, appraisals, assessments, etc... Here's how the case went...AG said he did it, judge said, hmm, ok. Then they all smiled for the photo op.

True, my criticisms have been largely targeted at his failures and not the every breath the TDS demands. But as a context exercise, can you name any praise for him from the track team?

The best you can hope for is quality people that surrounding the President. Trump is a one man, attention band. Biden has a team and they cover for his short-comings. In full disclosure, Kamala Harris is an idiot. So, you have that to factor in as well.
