Recordings of Trump PERSONALLY pressuring electors not to certify the election. This is him personally doing this. Not through his lawyers, or through one of his team, or someone trying to gain favor with Trump by doing this arbitrarily. This is Trump personally contacting these people to try and get them to help him steal the election that he legally lost. Smoking gun. Everything before was mostly trying to connect dots from Trump to his team that were doing this on his behalf, or trying to judge malicious intent from his words that he can claim that he used on free speech platforms and wasn't directly ordering people to do these illegal actions. Trump slipped up. This is a big piece of evidence that connects him directly to the crime he is being accused of. If he had let McDaniel take care of the call himself, Trump could still legally claim ignorance, but this is a recording of him personally saying that he and his team would take care of the electors and would hire lawyers for them if they refused to certify the election. |

Not exactly, but it's hardly a shock you can fuck up a single belief two (2) ways. If Trump is shown to have Sexually abused an underage person he should face legal consequences. Just Knowing Epstein isn't a crime (except for Trump for those TDS). This is a key but significant difference between us - I find pedo to be an inhumane act and sickness. For everyone.
